Returns Policy

All sales at Cardews of Oxford are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products once purchased, except in the following circumstances:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item

If your order arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at enquiries@cardewoxford.co.uk with your order number and a photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

We are unable to accept returns on opened food and beverage products for hygiene reasons in accordance with UK consumer regulations.
