"The taste of quality."
A beautifully balanced rich coffee from the Atlantic island made famous by Napoleon's final exile there.
The coffee is made using a single type of Arabica bean, the green tipped Bourbon Arabica.
Grown in the rich volcanic soil and sub tropical climate of St. Helena, it is truly a unique coffee sensation.

Ugandan Bududa coffee, absolutley brillaint, might even knock Galapagos off as my favourite coffee. The intial smell of the coffee is similar to roasted peanuts, and believe it or not, actually managed to taste a note, caramel, a caramel note right at the end of the sip! Truly a fantastic cup of coffee, medium full roast, and that fullness you can feel with every sip!
Left for 2 to 5 years as green beans, to mature the beans to a state where they turn a light brown colour. Literally is, Old Brown Java coffee, no fanciness behind its title! This process helps towards losing the sharpness that coffee can have, making it ideal for use with more milky brews!
Medium strong, low acidity, full body, smooth.
