Fazenda Passeio is located in prime specialty coffee country in the heart of Sul de Minas. The farm’s 130 hectares of plantations lie between 1,100 and 1,200 metres above sea level, in a mountainous area with excellent soil fertility and regular rains.

Known for its yellow fruit in the mature stage — a distinct departure from the cherry reds of every other coffee variety — the Yellow Bourbon has become something of a coffee jewel in Brazil.

“Honey” is a coffee that has been depulped but left to dry in its sticky fruit coating that lives just underneath the coffee cherry’s skin, or pulp.

The extremely large "Elephant" beans produce a full, round and very rich taste. The best all day choice and the manager's favourite.

Ugandan Bududa coffee, absolutley brillaint, might even knock Galapagos off as my favourite coffee. The intial smell of the coffee is similar to roasted peanuts, and believe it or not, actually managed to taste a note, caramel, a caramel note right at the end of the sip! Truly a fantastic cup of coffee, medium full roast, and that fullness you can feel with every sip!
