Our exquisite Sencha basis was flavored with high-quality bergamot flavor and richly decorated with lemon peel and orange blossoms. One of the few white teas produced outside of China, our Silky Silver White Tea, from the Nuwara Eliya region of Ceylon, grown at 6,000 feet elevation, is a delicate treat for all the senses and is usually enjoyed on special occasions. The tea imparts a delicate and very light liquor with exquisite notes of pine and honey. Its brew provides a wonderful mix of subtle and delicate flavours that are very soothing and relaxing. This luxurious tea is rich in fragrance and possess an alluring quality with a hint of natural sweetness.
The velvety silver lined leaf contains a very high level of polyphenols, antioxidants and are low in caffeine. The pale brew is surprisingly light, and delicate, elusive and mild on the palate with a touch of a "greenish" seasonal high grown.

The coffee is made using a single type of Arabica bean, the green tipped Bourbon Arabica.
Grown in the rich volcanic soil and sub tropical climate of St. Helena, it is truly a unique coffee sensation.
The strawberry is considered the queen among the berry fruits. They say the smaller the fruit, the more intense the aroma. Apple Smash
Brew the fruit tea blend with 1 litre of boiling water and let it steep for at least 40 minutes. Pour the tea into a jug filled with ice and leave it to cool. Add the sliced lime, the sliced apple and a handful of basil leaves to the tea and let it steep for about one hour. Now the fruity, spicy ice tea is ready to be served.
Extra Tip: WHITE WINE
Prepare the ice tea as described above and add drywhite wineas desired.
Ugandan Bududa coffee, absolutley brillaint, might even knock Galapagos off as my favourite coffee. The intial smell of the coffee is similar to roasted peanuts, and believe it or not, actually managed to taste a note, caramel, a caramel note right at the end of the sip! Truly a fantastic cup of coffee, medium full roast, and that fullness you can feel with every sip!

Unit price perThis coffee comes from the Kaweri Coffee Plantation Ltd., a large Robusta estate in the Mubende district of Uganda near the equator. The farm manages thousands of hectares of Robusta and is known for producing higher-quality washed Robusta using selective picking and quality-focused processing.
Kaweri’s coffee is typically grown around 1,300 m above sea level, which is unusually high for Robusta and helps yield denser, more flavourful beans (closer to speciality quality than typical low-grown Robusta).

“EUDR Aligned” means compliance with the European Union Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) — a new EU requirement that coffee sold into the EU market must be deforestation-free and legally produced.

Robusta generally tastes quite different from Arabica: bold, stronger, and with more caffeine. But high-quality washed Robusta lots like this one — especially from Kaweri — are often described with cleaner and more nuanced flavours than commodity Robusta:
