The ginger is one of the most widely known herbs and spices. Its roots yield the unique, highly aromatic, sweetly spicy flavour. Ginger has been valued and used by various cultures for centuries. We can also no longer imagine life without it in our hemisphere. The root of the ginger, the so-called Rhizome, which grows horizontally, entwined in the soil, is harvested. Enjoy our high quality ginger pure, with honey or as a flavour-giving ingredient to one of our tea creations. A must-have!
Believe it or not, the Dandelion Herb gives off a grassy flavour when brewed to perfection. If that's not your caffeine-free cuppa, try blending it with our Liquorice Root to add some natural sweetness!

The original Earl Grey tea was named after Charles Grey, Second Earl Grey in the 18th Century. At that time it consisted only of Chinese teas, flavoured with finest bergamot oil (citrus plant). Today we can combine this classical flavor with fine, mild and sweetish redbush tea. You will be surprised how wonderfully the bergamot aroma develops on the redbush basis. Refined with lemon peel, the freshness also shows in the appearance.
Rooibos tea, lemon peel, natural bergamot flavour with other natural flavouring
Lighter, more genle mint in comparison our Peppermint. A less mentol flavour applied to it also, just really makes this a real thirst quencher! Blend with many of our herbal products, perhaps more so with Liquorice Root, those two together would be excellent.
50g Egyptian Spearmint
Brew at 100°C for between 5-10 minutes.
Pure Spearmint for a refreshing, light mint tea. Mixed with a black tea it makes a classic North African style mint tea.
There is hardly another product that has so many different names. It´s original and real name is crisped mint. The name spearmint derives probably from its specific mint taste, with no menthol nuances. Egyptian-Mint is a traditional drink and can be drunk at any time of the year. Both hot and cold, the infusion is a real thirst-quencher with no fruity notes but with a delicious and vitalizing spearmint taste. A further classic is the combination of green tea, particularly Gunpowder
Nestled in the interiors of Assam and Chapanala Valley along the Karbi Anglong, the estates sprawling acres of tea landscape has the perfectly balanced micro-climate coupled with nutrient-rich topsoil run from the Brahmaputra.
Crisp, garden-fresh tea shrubs are carefully watched at the dawn of each season. At Elysian, the whole leaf green tea is non-fermented and harvested at an elevation above sea level, and is skillfully handpicked by select locals during the early harvest of Spring until November, while the leaves still carry high amounts of catechins and L-theanine stimulant for soothing effect.
