We can also no longer imagine life without it in our hemisphere. The root of the ginger, the so-called Rhizome, which grows horizontally, entwined in the soil, is harvested. Dandelion herb has a light flavour and if often blended with stronger teas to add a refreshing flavour.
Dandelion herb is particularly good for the liver and kidney as well as being packed with all sorts of vitamins and minerals.
Believe it or not, but the Dandelion Herb gives off a grassy flavour when brewed to perfection, but if that is not your caffeine free cuppa tea, then try blending it with our liquorice root, get some sweetness applied to it also!

Often described as the "Champagne of Teas" due to its exclusivity. Darjeeling First Flush is made up of the first picking of the first leaves of the Glenburn Estate. Brew 1 liter of the black tea with boiling water and let steep for 3-5 minutes. Fill ice cubes into a large pitcher and pour in the brewed tea. Add 50 ml of sugar syrup and the juice of a squeezed lemon to the tea. Add more lemon juice to get the drink more intense and sour. Wait until the tea is completely cooled down. Serve with ice cubes and lemon slices and enjoy!

The original Earl Grey tea was named after Charles Grey, Second Earl Grey in the 18th Century. At that time it consisted only of Chinese teas, flavoured with finest bergamot oil (citrus plant). Today we can combine this classical flavor with fine, mild and sweetish redbush tea. You will be surprised how wonderfully the bergamot aroma develops on the redbush basis. Refined with lemon peel, the freshness also shows in the appearance.

There is hardly another product that has so many different names. It´s original and real name is crisped mint. The name spearmint derives probably from its specific mint taste, with no menthol nuances. Egyptian-Mint is a traditional drink and can be drunk at any time of the year. Both hot and cold, the infusion is a real thirst-quencher with no fruity notes but with a delicious and vitalizing spearmint taste.
