The ginger is one of the most widely known herbs and spices. Its roots yield the unique, highly aromatic, sweetly spicy flavour. Ginger has been valued and used by various cultures for centuries. We can also no longer imagine life without it in our hemisphere. The root of the ginger, the so-called Rhizome, which grows horizontally, entwined in the soil, is harvested. Enjoy our high quality ginger pure, with honey or as a flavour-giving ingredient to one of our tea creations. A must-have!
Believe it or not, but the Dandelion Herb gives off a grassy flavour when brewed to perfection, but if that is not your caffeine free cuppa tea, then try blending it with our liquorice root, get some sweetness applied to it also!
50g Dandelion Herb
Brew at 100°C for between 5-10 minutes.
Often described as the "Champagne of Teas" due to its exclusivity. Darjeeling First Flush is made up of the first picking of the first leaves of the Sungma Estate. Providing a delicate and fresh flavour with a sophisticated floral aroma, this tea has truly established its prized place in the tea market - and with good reason.
This is currently our only Darjeeling 1st Flush we have on hand, it is from 2023/2024 pick year, but has been stored appropriately to maintain that high quality flavour that First Flush holds.
A medium strength Indian Decaf Black Tea, difference in taste compared to Decaf Ceylon, being that it has that original malty flavour of Assam Teas. Not too strong, yet not too flavoursome, the tea leaf size is similar to that of our Assam Tips!
(Pictured is the Decaf Ceylon, smaller leaf, Decaf Assam is not as small as pictured.)
